Today you see me as a corporate executive, entrepreneur, and motivational speaker, but I come from humble beginnings. Growing up in a public housing community presented numerous challenges such as lack of resources and limited exposure to possibilities, however, I determined in my heart to take risks and see the obstacles as opportunities to grow.
Navigating through this tough environment also meant confronting its effects and choosing to chart my own path. While pursuing my purpose and growing professionally, I’ve had to overcome very real sentiments many people face, but don’t like to talk about such as imposter syndrome, fear, and my lack of possessing an abundance mentality.

Meet Jada
JADA GRANDY-MOCK is a transformational speaker, thought-leader, and experienced corporate executive in the financial services industry in the United States. With more than 20 years of extensive banking experience, she thrives in creating bridges to economic opportunity for businesses and individuals. A sought-after speaker and coach, she equips teams in the corporate world and young adults in urban communities to live and lead with courage and authenticity, as they fulfill their God-given potential.
Growing up in a public housing community, Jada learned early on the power of opportunity, leadership, and hard work. As a child of a single mother who worked tirelessly to support her and her brother, she saw many families struggle to make ends meet due to lack of financial resources and opportunity. These experiences fueled Jada’s success and inspired her to leverage educational opportunities and authentic relationships as a gateway out of poverty. As a purpose-driven executive and servant leader, she now equips and empowers others to do the same.
When she’s not serving in the community, Jada enjoys line dancing, taking walks in the park, and spending time with her family. A native of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, she currently resides with her husband, Lionel, and her son, Braxten in Charlotte, North Carolina.
